Friendly staff made us feel welcomed.
I was shocked by the state of the room. The carpets had a horrible smell and the entire place felt unclean. Not only was the bathroom not properly sanitized, but lights were also poorly placed, making it hard to illuminate the room.

I had such a great time exploring nearby attractions like the Pabeni Gate of Kruger National Park, just about 5 km away, perfect for a quick trip to see wildlife, and I also loved how the Elephant Sanctuary was only 4.5 km from my hotel, making it really convenient for a fun day out. the friendly staff and cozy room truly made my stay more enjoyable.

The smoothies at breakfast were a real treat—fresh and tangy! And let’s not forget the friendly staff, especially Yolanda at reception, who really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The gardens and pool area are impeccably maintained, perfect for a relaxing afternoon.
However, we hit a snag when the arrangements for our honeymoon room decor fell flat. The welcome was half-baked with lackluster flowers, and the champagne never appeared. The breakfast selection felt repetitive, and the restaurant's cooking left much to be desired.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
I recently stayed in a spacious Family Suite with my family, and we truly enjoyed the lovely garden views and the warm pool, which was perfect for the kids. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made us feel right at home. However, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, which could be an issue for those needing to stay connected during their visit.
